Slow down, nourish your body, and reconnect with yourself through simple Ayurvedic practices
that support balance, nourishment, and calm in everyday life. Together we'll explore digestion,
self-care, nervous system support, and practical tools for living with greater ease, awareness,
and rhythm. This is not about strict rules or doing Ayurveda perfectly. It is about learning to
listen to your body and discovering small, sustainable practices that feel supportive in modern
life.
Each class builds upon the previous week's experience, creating a deeper and more integrated
journey. Participants are encouraged to attend the full series, though drop-ins are welcome.
Weekly Themes
Week 1: Your Nature Why you feel the way you feel — an introduction to Ayurveda and the
doshas.
Week 2: Digestion & Agni Energy, bloating, mood—it all starts here.
Week 3: Daily Rhythm (Dinacharya) Your nervous system is asking for rhythm.
Week 4: Integration Make it last—creating realistic and sustainable practices for everyday life.
