Designed for yoga teachers and trainees, Self Study Hall is a space to gather, speak your mind, and focus on your personal practice—collectively. We start in circle, in conversation, before moving to our mats to freestyle. There’s no instruction, no expectation, no one leading or following. Whether you flow to the music, drape yourself over a bolster, refine a sequence you plan to teach, or jot down what comes up for you, you're doing it just right.
Co-hosted by Delve and True Nature Yoga Collective, this monthly gathering is FREE for teachers present and future, but we encourage you to register as space is limited.
