Rest + Reiki + Aromatherapy
This restorative yoga class weaves together supported, prop-assisted postures with gentle, hands-on Reiki healing to encourage rest and energetic balance. Aromatherapy engages the sense of smell, adding a subtle sensory layer that enhances relaxation and creates a calming, whole-body experience.
