Through practices grounded in mother nature and supported by ancient wisdom, we will take time to pause, to slow down, to unplug and personally reflect on who we are becoming.
As a group we will experience morning and evening rituals that can easily be brought into your daily practices when you return home. Each day this retreat experience will offer a balanced schedule of workshops, classes and solo down time.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
Transportation to and from Ojas Retreat Center, CA.
You get yourself to the retreat center and we do all the rest. :-)

Retreat Intention
This retreat is meant to provide a sacred container in which to relax, reconnect, and rejuvenate. The scheduled programming is offered in the spirit of fostering well-being and deepening your personal practice, but is not mandatory. While free time is woven into each day, everyone is encouraged to honor their personal needs (i.e. rest, read, hike) and enjoy breathing in the moment.

*Note: all rooms are shared with 2-4 beds in each room. 4 of the 6 bedrooms have en suite full baths, and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway. Explore the retreat site to learn more about the accommodations.
