Join us for 3 nights and 4 days on a glorious retreat property located in Murrieta, California. The Ojas Retreat Center is a beautiful environment to slow down, enjoy nature and unplug for a few days.

Each day this retreat experience will offer a balanced schedule of workshops, classes, nourishing meals and solo down time. As a group we will experience practices that can easily be brought into your daily life when you return home.

Through practices grounded in mother nature and supported by ancient wisdom, we will take time to pause and personally reflect on who we are, and who we may become.

Join a group of inspiring women for a self care weekend in a community of support, learning, embodiment, connection and rest.

*Unlimited filtered water, tea and coffee made available each day starting at 6:00am. Snacks will also be made available throughout our time together.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

Bodywork is available by appointment. Upon registration you will receive information to book a session.
Transportation to and from Ojas Retreat Center, Southern California. Upon registration you will receive detailed travel information.

Retreat Check-in: 4:00pm on Thursday

Retreat Check-out: 11:00am on Sunday

Traveling to Ojas: The nearest and simplest airports are ONT (Ontario California- 60 min. drive) or SAN (San Diego- 75 min. drive).

Retreat Intention

This retreat is meant to provide a sacred container in which to relax, reconnect, and rejuvenate. The scheduled programming is offered in the spirit of fostering well-being and deepening your personal practice, but is not mandatory. While free time is woven into each day, everyone is encouraged to honor their personal needs (i.e. rest, read, hike) and enjoy breathing in the moment.
