All retreats are a well-executed blend of structured classes and workshops, while respecting the need for free time to relax and reflect. This 3 day retreat is designed for students of all levels who wish to enhance their personal yoga practice and learn about yoga as an ancient wisdom tradition with spiritual roots. The structure of the retreat provides a solid foundation for diving deeper into the art and science of Yoga.
