Each retreat has its own unique feel and flow. Danielle carefully prepares content for each retreat theme and stays open to the intuitive process within each group. All retreats are a well-executed blend of structured classes and workshops, while respecting the need for free time to relax and reflect. Being a foodie herself, you can be sure that delicious and nutritious food is also a priority!
