The book we will read is The Namaste Effect, by Nischala Joy Devi. The book is an easy and inspiring read filled with stories, radical love and practices to bring the book to life.
This is one way we can gather together, encourage each other to finish a book (wink, wink) and put into practice the wisdom and insights in the book. And as a bonus, meet some new friends!
We will meet once a week for four weeks.

The 800 year old Villa, which will be our private home for the week, transports you back in time to engage the senses allowing for an abundance of opportunities to hone your mindfulness practice. Savor the Tuscan sunshine on your skin and the dreamy star studded nights. Indulge your senses with the taste of delicious food and regional wine. Roam the paths on the property absorbing the beauty and simplicity of the landscape. Take reflective personal time to go within and feel the peacefulness that is your True Nature. We will practice daily yoga, have opportunities for planned activities such as cooking classes and wine tasting in the on-site cellar, as well as have plenty of time to relax and take in the serene natural environment surrounding the Tuscan Villa.

Danielle has been leading retreats for over 2 decades.
Each retreat has its own unique feel and flow. Danielle carefully prepares content for each retreat theme and stays open to the intuitive process within each group. All retreats are a well-executed blend of structured classes and workshops, while respecting the need for unstructured time to relax and reflect. Being a foodie herself, you can be sure that delicious and nutritious food is also a priority!
