Calm the Commotion Online Workshop

Tuesday, May 19th,  6:00pm-7:30pm

Rooted in ancient yoga psychology and supported by modern science, you will learn methods for working with your mind to navigate change in a healthy and helpful way.

We all live with a habitual mind (mindset) that reacts in patterns primarily based on the past. Sometimes these patterns are helpful, sometimes they are harmful. Using time-tested techniques such as waking up the witness,

encouraging the pause, setting intention and cultivating the opposite, we will explore our current mental commotion and determine ways to best shift perspective when needed.

By the end of this session, you will have a handful of meaningful practices to establish a personal daily ritual to keep you grounded and focused.

ONE DAY RETREAT

Saturday, 9:00am - 4:30pm

June 20, 2020  NEW DATE!

You are more than you think!

You are more than your body!

You are meant for much more than you realize!

Tapping into the true wisdom of Yoga means gaining access to the wisdom of our heart and soul. Resting in each human heart is a safe cave filled with treasures your ordinary mind doesn’t recognize. Using Yoga practice, philosophy and psychology, we can reveal the pure clarity and peace that is our birthright.

Through movement, stillness, breathing and meditation practices, we will take a journey within to experience the radiant light and love of our source energy. The spiritual path of yoga can awaken us to new, fresh insights and broaden our scope of understanding for our purpose here on earth.

Yoga practice is meant to guide us inward to have a direct experience with our soul and to recognize our self as a spiritual being. The thing is - we got to do the practice! Come to this workshop to learn and practice, to connect and reveal, to awaken and receive the beauty that is your True Nature.
